A custom epoxy table is a major investment, making careful, specialized delivery just as important as the piece itself.
Two common options are Road Loading (standard truck delivery) and White-Glove Delivery.
Understanding the difference helps you plan ahead, avoid surprises, and ensure your table arrives safely.
What Is Road Loading (Standard Truck Delivery)?
Road Loading is our standard truck delivery service. It's the most economical option and works well for smaller tables or customers who can arrange help on delivery day.
How It Works
- Your table is delivered by truck to your door.
- There is one truck driver. The driver's individual unloading capacity is limited.
- For tables under 90"L, the truck driver unloads the table from the back of the truck to the ground. No unloading cost.
- For tables over 90"L, the customer is responsible for unloading. We recommend 3–6 people to help. No unloading cost.
- If you prefer, you can pick up from our warehouse or a truck stop — no unloading cost.
Important Limitations
-
Delivery & Assembly: Free unloading for tables under 90"L is curbside only; indoor placement and assembly require a White-Glove fee.
- Access Restrictions: If truck access is blocked by narrow roads or terrain, delivery must be accepted at the nearest accessible roadside location.
What Is White-Glove Delivery?
White-Glove Delivery is a premium, full-service option. Professional installers handle everything from unloading to final placement—so you don't have to lift a finger.
What’s Included
White-Glove service is flexible. You can choose:
- Full package: moving, placement, installation, and packaging removal.
- Selected parts: just the services you need.
Pricing varies depending on the specific services included, with options starting around $700. For special circumstances such as staircases, narrow passageways, or remote locations, additional fees may apply.
What We Need for a White-Glove Quote
If you're interested in White-Glove delivery, please share a few details so we can put together a clear, detailed quote:
1. Site Conditions
- Is the road in front of your home wide enough for a delivery truck to park near the entrance?
- Approximately how far will the movers need to carry the table and chairs from the truck to your main entrance?
- Once inside, will the table and chairs need to be carried up any stairs or transported by elevator? If so, please let us know the number of steps or which floor the elevator serves.
- Where would you like the table and chairs to be placed?
2. Delivery Restrictions
- Are there low-hanging branches or other obstacles that could restrict truck access?
- Do you need a smaller delivery vehicle?
- Do you require a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
3. Packaging Removal
Would you like the movers to remove and dispose of the packaging materials after installation?
Opt for cost-effective Curbside Delivery for self-installation, or White-Glove Service for complete setup—just measure entryways and verify site access beforehand to ensure a smooth delivery.
